We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. All items purchased directly from gardeneggchair.co.uk include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

1) What the 12-Month Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use
  • Mechanical or structural failure of frames, joints, welds, or fixings
  • Defective hardware (bolts, springs, chains) supplied with the product

2) What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear & tear, fading, mould, or rust due to lack of cover/storage
  • Storm, wind, or weather damage where a protective cover was not used
  • Cosmetic scratches or minor aesthetic issues that do not affect function
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers or third-party marketplaces

(Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.)

3) How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Support
  2. Provide:
    • Order number & purchase date
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

5) Return of Defective Items
