These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how pricing, payments, taxes, security, and refunds work when you purchase from https://gardeneggchair.co.uk (the “Website”). They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Warranty Policy.


1) Secure Payments (SSL/TLS Encryption)

5) Order Authorisation, Capture & Invoicing

  • When you place an order, your card/payment method may be authorised first; the amount is captured (charged) when we confirm/dispatch your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a dispatch email (with tracking) once your order is shipped.

6) Statement Descriptor

7) Refunds & Returns

Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy and statutory rights (e.g., 30-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

We do not store full card numbers or CVVs. Tokenised references may be stored by our PCI-compliant payment processors to manage refunds, recurring payments (if ever applicable), or fraud checks.
