Orders & Shipping
How long does processing/dispatch take?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK tracked delivery takes 5–8 working days after dispatch. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — tracked UK shipping is FREE (£0) on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If this changes, we’ll update our Shipping Policy.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us.
My order was “Returned to Sender”. What happens now?
We’ll reship it at no additional cost once it arrives back with us. Please confirm your address so we can avoid another return.
Tracking
Where is my item?
Check the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email (sent when we ship your order). You can also use our Track Order page with your Order ID and billing email.
I didn’t receive a tracking email—what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder and search for messages from contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk. If you still can’t find it 3 business days after ordering, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Payments & Billing
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Google Pay, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Klarna (Pay in 3 / Pay Later, subject to status).
Do you accept prepaid gift cards?
No.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use SSL/TLS encryption and PCI DSS–compliant payment processors. We never store full card numbers or CVVs.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. This sits alongside your 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK law.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. We’ll email you a pre-paid, trackable return label.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk with your order number, postcode, and reason for return. We’ll reply with instructions and a pre-paid label.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank/card provider may take 3–5 additional working days to post the funds.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.
Damaged / Wrong Item / Defective
My item arrived damaged or defective—what now?
Email contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk within 48 hours (for damage on arrival) or as soon as you notice a defect. Include photos/videos. In most cases, you won’t need to return the item—we’ll replace it or send the necessary parts immediately.
I received the wrong product.
We’re sorry! Email contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll send the correct item and cover all costs.
Changes & Cancellations
I ordered the wrong item/size—can you fix it?
Contact us immediately. If we catch it before dispatch, we’ll correct it. Otherwise, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund you. If shipped, you can still return it within 30 days.
Warranty
How long is the warranty?
All products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty & Replacement Policy for details.
Technical / Website Issues
The site won’t load / I keep getting an error.
