If you’ve recently made a purchase and are eager to know when it will arrive, you’re in the right place. Our order tracking system provides you with real-time updates on the status of your order.

How to Track Your Order at Track Order Garden Egg Chair :

  1. Find Your Order ID: This was sent to you in your order confirmation email. It’s a unique identifier for your purchase.
  2. Enter Your Details: In the form below, enter your Order ID along with the billing email address associated with your order.
  3. Check Your Status: After submitting your information, you’ll receive instant updates on where your order is and how soon it will reach you.

Order Tracking Form:

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Or track it on the courier’s website

  1. Find your tracking number – it’s in our dispatch confirmation email (sent when we ship your order).
  2. Click the tracking link in that email, or visit the courier’s site (e.g. DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, Parcelforce).
  3. Paste your tracking number and view real-time updates.

Typical timeline

  • Processing & dispatch: 1–3 business days
  • Standard UK delivery: 5–8 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking email: sent as soon as your parcel ships (check spam/junk just in case)

Order status glossary

  • Processing – We’ve received your order and are preparing it.
  • Dispatched / Shipped – Your parcel has left our warehouse (you’ll have tracking).
  • In transit – With the courier, on its way to you.
  • Out for delivery – It’s on the van today.
  • Delivered – Marked as delivered by the courier.

If your order has already shipped, rerouting may not be possible (re-delivery fees may apply if it’s returned to us).

  • Double-check your spam/junk folder.
  • Search for emails from contact@gardeneggchair.co.uk.
  • Still nothing after 3 business days? Reach out and we’ll resend it.

Damaged, missing or wrong items?

Email returns@gardeneggchair.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
