1) Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard tracked UK shipping is FREE (£0) on all orders.


2) Processing & dispatch time

  • We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
  • You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

3) Delivery time (after dispatch)

  • Standard UK delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, extreme weather, or carrier disruptions. We’ll keep you updated if delays occur.

5) Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at support@gardeneggchair.co.uk.

  • Before dispatch: we’ll update it if possible.
  • After dispatch: we may not be able to change it; re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

6) Missed deliveries / undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can re-ship it once we receive it back. Re-delivery costs may apply.


7) Deliveries outside the UK

For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for accurate shipping rates and delivery times: support@gardeneggchair.co.uk.

8) Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, email returns@gardeneggchair.co.uk within 48 hours with photos/videos so we can resolve it quickly.


9) Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate parcels to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.


10) Pre-orders / backorders (if applicable)

If an item is marked pre-order/backorder, we’ll display the estimated dispatch window on the product page and/or at checkout. You’ll get a dispatch email with tracking once it ships.


11) Returns & refunds


We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Return shipping is free — we will email you a pre-paid, trackable label (Royal Mail/DPD or similar). There are no restocking fees. We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the return (your bank may take 3–5 working days to post the credit). This sits alongside your 14-day statutory right to cancel. How it works

  1. Email returns@gardeneggchair.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send your RMA, pre-paid label, and packing instructions.
  3. Pack the item safely (ideally in the original packaging) and drop it off with the specified carrier.
  4. We process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. Your bank or card provider may take 3–5 working days to post the credit.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will prioritise a replacement or parts and may not require a return.
